A superior 20+ UMF (MGO 830+) Manuka Honey produced from hives placed deep in the natural rainforests of South Taranaki, New Zealand. The abundance of Manuka trees along with the remoteness of this area means the honey is of a pure quality with a unique flavour.
Egmont Honey is a member of the Unique Manuka Factor Honey Association which requires independent testing from a New Zealand Government approved laboratory. This is your assurance that this 20+ UMF (MGO 830+) Manuka Honey is meeting high standards of purity and quality. Egmont Honey's collection of Manuka Honey ranges from 5+ UMF (MGO 83+) through to 27+ UMF (MGO 1365+). The higher the UMF/MGO rating, the higher the strength and purity for greater nutritional and health benefits.
Egmont Honey is a small family-owned beekeeping company and has a new modern factory with advanced systems in place to process their honey. The company does not use commercial pollination or harmful pesticides or chemicals which ensures that their honey is rated highly.

Directions
Enjoy as a spread or straight off the spoon. Store upright at room temperature (below 25 degrees) and out of direct sunlight.
For preferred honey consistency, warm to soften or refrigerate to firm.
Not suitable for infants under 12 months.

Taranaki family-owned Egmont Honey was co-founded in 2008 with a single beehive and has grown into a successful business with over 4,000 hives.
To guarantee a pure product, bee hives are placed in the Manuka stands of the Taranaki rainforests, some in very remote areas. No commercial pollination, harmful pesticides or chemicals are used - this helps with reducing the decline of bee numbers and to ensure quality products.
