Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Please note, orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next available business day. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel's journey.

If you wish to nominate a specific order dispatch date, please let us know in the order notes when checking out (weekends excluded). Please note, we will try our best, but we cannot guarantee a delivery date.f

International shipping costs are determined by the total weight of your order, and the country you are shipping to. To calculate the exact cost of shipping, please complete the stage of the checkout process which includes entering the shipping destination. In Germany, Jordan and Japan, duties and taxes are prepaid at checkout,  fully tracked to your door.

In all other countries, any customs duties or import taxes will be charged byyour local customs office and are the customer’s responsibility.

Due to import regulations, we can only accept orders over £135 to the UK.

 *Please note that we are unable to ship to the following countries: Albania, Algeria, Brazil, Bulgaria, Cambodia, Denmark, Egypt, Finland, Greece, India, Mexico, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Slovenia, Spain, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, Ukraine, Vietnam and Lithuania.

Worldwide FREE Delivery Offer on Premium Honeys

We offer Free DHL Shipping on our selected premium honeys. T&C's apply.  Eligible products will highlight this free offer in their description on our website.  A full list can be found here. Free Shipping applies to the full order containing one of the eligible honeys. Free Shipping offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Duty & Tax may apply. 

 

New Zealand Shipping Services

Delivered to your door by NZ Post, including business addresses and PO Boxes.

If no one is home at the time of delivery, the courier driver will leave your parcel at your door or nearby in a safe location, or if it's unsafe to do so, they'll leave a card to call.  No signature is required.

Click & Collect is available for customers who place their order online but would like to come in-store to pick it up from our Silverdale office in Auckland.  Pick-up is usually ready within 4 hrs of ordering. You will receive an email when it is ready. Bring your "pick up is ready for collection" email (digital or print) when you come to collect your order. Pick-up hours are Mon - Friday,  9 am - 4 pm (except public holidays). You are welcome to ring our customer service team if you have any questions. Freephone 0800 370 999 NZ only. 

Additional Shipping information

Public holidays and the Christmas period can result in delays. Please note that some delivery options are not available to some destinations.

 

Our office/warehouse is based in Auckland, New Zealand and we dispatch orders from NZ within 1-3 business days. If, for any reason, we are unable to dispatch your order within this timeframe, we will contact you with an updated estimated dispatch date.

Please note: We reserve the right to refuse orders or negotiate delivery if orders are particularly large. It is the customers responsibility to ensure the correct delivery address details have been entered at the time of ordering. We will not be liable for any costs associated with resending an order due to the delivery address details being incorrect. 

We recommend that international customers use tracked DHL international shipping for a fast and save delivery option. Australia and USA has a NZ Post option being a little cheaper and declared as 'non-tracked'. If you choose a non tracked option it means delivery can take up to 30 working days. This also means that this shipping methods do not offer tracking and you take all responsibility for lost or damaged packages. Once the shipment leaves our facility our responsibility ends. We will not issue refunds or ship replacements under any circumstance. You will confirm that you understand these terms when selecting "I Agree with the Terms & Conditions" in the shopping cart.

International Customs/Tax Regulations 

It is the customers responsibility to check and pay any applicable duty or customs tax when shipping products to their country. Import regulations vary significantly between countries, and while we do our best to provide relevant information, we cannot guarantee awareness of all specific requirements. If we are aware of any import restrictions, we will make every effort to highlight them on the product detail page.

We accept no liability for the refund/replacement of any goods or any costs relating to or arising from, the importation or confiscation of any goods by your countries Customs Office or other government body. Likewise any import duty or tax payable on your order is your responsibility and is beyond our control. If an order is returned to us by your country import authorities in resalable condition, we'll refund you the value of the order less any postage costs incurred to us. We can't provide a refund until we've received the products back.  

We've been sending goods all over the world for many years and have had very few problems. We recommend you contact your local Customs Office for further information on import regulations in your country if you have any concerns.
