Egmont Honey

Egmont Honey

Taranaki family-owned Egmont Honey was co-founded in 2008 with a single beehive and has grown into a successful business with over 4,000 hives.

To guarantee a pure product, bee hives are placed in the Manuka stands of the Taranaki rainforests, some in very remote areas.  No commercial pollination, harmful pesticides or chemicals are used - this helps with reducing the decline of bee numbers and to ensure quality products.

Egmont Honey are responsible beekeepers and members of the Unique Manuka Factor Honey Association. This ensures that Egmont Honey is tested independently and is certified for its purity and high quality.
