I keep the Rocket Fuel with me at all times. I have allergies and it really helps with clearing sinuses and congestion. Took it to my grandsons wrestling meet and all of the athletes tried it. They all said they felt like they could breathe better and some of them called their moms to ask them to order some for them. Highly recommend for.
