Pursuant to European Union consumer regulations, EU residents hold a statutory right to withdraw from their purchase contract within 14 days of receiving their delivery. If your order is currently unfulfilled and has not yet been dispatched from our New Zealand facility, you may cancel immediately for a full refund.

Return Eligibility & Hygiene Exemptions (EU Residents Only)

If your consignment has already been dispatched, returns under this statutory framework are permitted within the 14-day window, provided the items are returned to our facility in their pristine, unaltered condition.

Article 16(e) Statutory Notice: The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they become unsealed after delivery. This legally applies to all ingestible food products, dietary wellness supplements, and personal care items. To safeguard our uncompromising quality standards, any items that have been opened, unsealed, or compromised post-delivery are strictly non-returnable.
