Certified Organic Active NZ Manuka Honey, Apple Cider Vinegar, Certified Organic Aloe Vera, Menthol, Eucalyptus, Lemon Oil & Peppermint Oil.

Directions

• Shake well before every use.
• For Sports/Exercise: Take 15-20 minutes before your workout for optimal performance.
• Adults: Begin with 1-3 drops orally. For enhanced support, some may need higher or more frequent doses initially. Gradually increase to up to 5mls at a time, if required.
• Children (5+ years): Start with a small "taste." If tolerated, move to 1 drop. To ease the flavor, mix 1 drop with a teaspoon of manuka honey or a tasty treat.
