Am noticing a difference

Have started taking these (1-2 a day) and have noticed an increase in energy. My skin health seems better, however I’m also using castor oil and taking evening primrose oil, so can’t be certain if it’s the Royal Jelly or those.

I will continue to take and buy. The capsules are easy to swallow and have no taste.
