Certified Organic Active NZ Manuka Honey
Apple Cider Vinegar
Certified Organic Aloe Vera
Menthol, Eucalyptus
Lemon Oil
Peppermint Oil
Directions
Shake well prior to using every time.
Adults: Start with 3-5 drops orally. Some users may initially require larger and more frequent doses for added support. Can build up to 5mls at once, if needed. Maximum dosage per day - 15mls.
Children (from 5yrs): Start with a "taste." If wanted, move to 1 drop. You can also mix 1 drop in a teaspoon of manuka honey or something delicious to soften taste.
Sport / Exercise: Use 15-20mins prior to working out.
Sinus Rinses: You can add 1-3 drops into a warm sinus rinse for added support. This is intense but the clearing is worthwhile.

I’m glad I did a Google search and found this product!. So far I think it’s pretty good. If I get sniffy I take an extra 3 drops!. I have high hopes this will be really good!. I’m an asthmatic and I’ve had SO much trouble with infections!.

OMG throat & lungs clear for take off!
OMG what a powerful drop, I had sinus issues on top of a cold and was totally blocked, after 5 drops for me, it just blew half my nose, head, throat and lungs clear for take off.
Would highly recommend these for anyone with breathing issues.

This product does what they say it does. Helps if you have obstructed breathing most of the time. Helps to get that deep breath in that you've been wishing for.

Its ok. Definately opens your sinuses briefly but does not last. Not suitable for those who are wanting longer reflief past 10 mins.

Multi-purposeful
I'm a teacher so I get multiple cold viruses each school year. This stuff does wonders when I'm all stuffed up. Also, I rub it into my lower back pain when it starts acting up. Aside from a little stickiness, it does an excellent job for relief in that area!

Not worse the hype
It gives us an itchy throat (my son and myself tried it with the same result). I spent a lot of money for a product that doesn’t work as promised. You can breathe a bit better (with an itchy throat), but it won’t last for long. Just a few minutes.
