This delicious dressing is simple to make yet makes any salad taste exquisite.
Drizzle it over a freshly-made garden salad, Buddha bowl, or warm roasted or steamed vegetables.
¼ cup Manuka Honey
½ cup extra-virgin olive oil
¼ cup apple cider vinegar
Zest and juice of one fresh lemon, or 2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon wholegrain mustard (optional)
Pour all the ingredients into a Mason or salad-shaker jar. Shake well before use. Store in the fridge
