Manuka Honey has a delightful earthy taste. The higher the UMF or MGO rating, the more solid the honey is. Treat your friends and family with this delectable surprise dessert, or keep it to indulge yourself.
Start by mixing the Manuka Honey with a little of the Greek yoghurt, gradually adding more yoghurt as the honey and yoghurt combine. (It will be a bit quicker to mix with a more liquid Manuka Honey.) Stir in the milk and vanilla extract, then add the chia seeds and mix well. Pour into individual glass cups and chill overnight until set. Sprinkle with cinnamon or your favourite toppings before you serve.
