Ingredients

  • 2 cups of water
  • A piece of fresh ginger (about 2.5 cm)
  • Half a tablespoon of Manuka Honey
  • Half a tablespoon of raw apple cider vinegar
  • One tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice

Method

  • Put the ginger in boiling water for 10-15 minutes.
  • Allow to cool to room temperature.
  • Strain then add honey, vinegar and lemon.
  • Stir the mixture well until the honey has dissolved.
  • Drink straight away or store in the fridge for up to 4 days.

Manuka Honey Drink with orange

Ingredients

  • A piece of grated fresh ginger (about 2.5 cm)
  • A tablespoon of Manuka Honey
  • One tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • One and a half cups of orange juice
  • One tablespoon of raw apple cider vinegar
  • Half a cup of hot water

Method

  • Put the grated ginger in hot water and leave it for 10 minutes.
  • Strain the mixture, then add the Manuka Honey and the rest of the ingredients.
  • Mix well and enjoy!
