استمتع به مفرود أومن الملعقة مباشرة. يخزن في وضع مستقيم في درجة حرارة الغرفة (أقل من 25 درجة) وبعيدًا عن أشعة الشمس المباشرة.
للحصول على قوام العسل المفضل ، يُسخن حتى يلين أو يُبرد حتى يتماسك.
