After you fulfil the requirements you will receive an email with your Manuka Honey of NZ store credit to spend on manukhoneyofnz.com. You can save the credit in your customer account, let them accumulate or use them just like real money to spend on future orders. There is no minimum spend required to redeem your reward dollars. Don't worry, your credit won't expire.

Yes - you earn Loyalty Reward Dollars every time you spend $50 NZD or more in a single order and are logged into your account. Smaller purchases may still count toward free shipping and other perks depending on promotions.

Yes - eligible purchases (those meeting the minimum spend and account criteria) will still earn rewards even if items are on sale. Some special promotions may have separate earning rules.

Your loyalty dollars are usually added to your account shortly after your order is confirmed.

No - for peace of mind, your accumulated loyalty rewards do not expire as long as your account remains active.

Yes! Your account dashboard shows your Loyalty Rewards earnings, redemptions, and history so you can track how you've earned and used your rewards.

Yes - in most cases you can use your Loyalty Dollars and apply discount codes at checkout. If restrictions apply (like limited-time promos), we'll tell you at checkout.

If you return a purchase, the associated Loyalty Reward Dollars earned on that order may be removed from your balance. If you've already spent them, our team will contact you to adjust your balance accordingly.

Only the account holder can redeem the Rewards linked to their email/login. For gift purchases, contact customer support to discuss options.

To see your store credit balance go to My Account and click on the link "VIEW Your Store Credit / Loyalty Rewards". Here you will see your total balance. You can also see your entire order and loyalty credit history too. 

Please note: Gift cards are not eligible to accumulate rewards points. $ are issued in NZD currency but can be redeemed in the equivalent value of any currency offered on our website.
