We offer free delivery within New Zealand on orders over $99. For orders under $99, a small delivery fee applies.

A Click & Collect option is also available for online orders.

International orders: Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout. Once you select your delivery country, available shipping options and charges will be displayed.

We also offer complimentary shipping on selected premium luxury honeys.

Yes we do! There may be some restrictions to some countries, please check with your local customs office if you are unsure.

For orders to the USA, Canada, UK, Germany, Jordan and Japan, all duties and import taxes are calculated and prepaid at checkout so your order reaches you promptly, without unexpected charges.

For all other countries, most orders clear customs smoothly with minimal issues. Any duties or taxes are set by your local authorities and are the customer’s responsibility, but we include all necessary documentation to help your order reach you as quickly and easily as possible.

While we highlight known import restrictions on product pages where possible, we cannot guarantee awareness of all regulations.

We accept no liability for refunds, replacements, or costs arising from import delays, confiscation, or other actions taken by customs or government authorities.

Yes! You are more than welcome to collect your order from our office. We are located at 8/44 Silverdale Street, Silverdale Auckland 0932, New Zealand. Please call or email us with your order so we can have it ready and waiting for you. We also offer a click and collect option for online orders.

We are happy to offer a store credit, exchange or refund on an item you've purchased from us - simply contact us within 30 days of your order date. For more details see our Shipping & Returns page.

We ship all US orders through DHL Express for fast delivery, full tracking, and exceptional reliability. Most shipments to the USA arrive within 3 to 9 business days, depending on the destination.

Occasionally you may receive a promotional coupon code from us. To use this code, enter it at checkout.

Look for the link that says 'enter coupon code'. Enter your code in the box provided and click APPLY to add the code to your order. 

You can use your Manuka Honey of NZ gift card online at checkout. Simply enter your gift card code in the “Gift Card or Voucher” field and the balance will be applied to your order. If your order total exceeds the gift card balance, you can pay the remaining amount using any of our accepted payment methods.
