We offer free delivery for orders over $100 within New Zealand. For orders under NZD $100 postage is a small delivery charge. We also offer a click and collect option for online orders.

International shipping charges are calculated automatically when you place an order. Once your delivery country has been selected the various shipping options and charges will be displayed.

Yes we do! There may be some restrictions to some countries, please check with your local customs office if you are unsure.

Customs and import regulations vary widely between countries. Unfortunately, it's not possible for us to be aware of all of the regulations specific to any given country. Where we are aware of any particular import restrictions, we endeavour to make note of this on the product detail page.

We accept no liability for the refund/replacement of any goods or any costs relating to, or arising from, the importation or confiscation of any goods by your countries Customs Office or other government body. Likewise any import duty or tax payable on your order is your responsibility and is beyond our control.

All orders will be sent by tracked courier.

Yes! You are more than welcome to collect your order from our office. We are located at 8/44 Silverdale Street, Silverdale Auckland 0932, New Zealand. Please call or email us with your order so we can have it ready and waiting for you. We also offer a click and collect option for online orders.

We are happy to offer a store credit, exchange or refund on an item you've purchased from us - simply contact us within 30 days of your order date. For more details see our Shipping & Returns page.

Laybuy and Afterpay allow you to have your online order shipped to you straight away and spread the total cost over six equal instalments interest free. 

Occasionally you may receive a promotional coupon code from us. To use this code, enter it at checkout. Look for the link that says 'enter coupon code'. Enter your code in the box provided and click APPLY to add the code to your order.
