Substitute Products

Manuka Honey of NZ reserves the right to substitute out of stock items with similar items of equal or greater value. Customers have the option in the cart to advise Manuka Honey of NZ if they are not happy with a substitute. In this case Manuka Honey of NZ will arrange a shipment once stock arrived or a refund. of the product.

Duty & Tax on orders

Customs and import regulations vary widely between countries. Unfortunately, it's not possible for us to be aware of all of the regulations specific to any given country. Where we are aware of any particular import restrictions, we endeavour to make note of this on the product detail page.We accept no liability for the refund/replacement of any goods or any costs relating to, or arising from, the importation or confiscation of any goods by your countries Customs Office or other government body. Likewise any import duty or tax payable on your order is your responsibility and is beyond our control.

Saving Money on International Shipping / Shipping at Buyers Risk
We recommend that international customers use tracked DHL international shipping. Some shipping methods are declared as 'non-tracked'. This means that these shipping methods do not offer tracking and you take all responsibility for lost or damaged packages. Once the shipment leaves our facility our responsibility ends. We will not issue refunds or ship replacements under any circumstance. You will confirm that you understand these terms when selecting "I Agree with the Terms & Conditions" in the shopping cart.
