Thank you for your message and apologies that this has taken so long.
I believe what’s happened is that you’ve selected the second cheaper shipping option which is non-tracked and can take up to 20 business days from the time the order is placed. I’ve counted 18 business days today (NZ has had two statutory holidays during that time) so New Zealand post are still within their service level agreement to us. However I do acknowledge this is at the upper end of the time we’d normally like to see orders delivered. We do understand from NZ Post that Covid restrictions are placing some pressure on their service currently which is unfortunate.
If you can please bear with us for another week or so I’m sure it will arrive. I do thank you for your patience and apologise once again that this service hasn’t met your expectations.
