Each vintage in the Limited Reserve collection has been created from the finest single-batch Manuka Honey available in the world.
Each Manuka South® 2018 Limited Reserve box has been carefully hand-crafted right here in New Zealand, from sustainable sourced Roasted Oak. It is finished with a natural stain to enhance the texture of the wood grain, then hand polished with a special Manuka beeswax-based polish.
A discerning eye will notice the perfectly matched dovetail finger joints at each corner, and both sides of each box have the Manuka South® logo laser-engraved.
Each logo is accompanied by a rose gold plaque; one side showing ‘Since 1988’ – a nod to the company’s long history – and the other showing the production serial number, further ensuring authenticity.

Two Ministry of Primary Industries accredited laboratories have been used to independently test and authenticate the activity found in batch #88. From these results, batch #88 has obtained a UMF®Certificate of Analysis to provide quality assurance for each product.
Each box also contains a Certificate of Authenticity which has been personally signed by Manuka South® CEO and Founder, Rob Haines.

Enjoy as a spread or straight off the spoon. Store upright at room temperature (below 25 degrees) and out of direct sunlight.
For preferred honey consistency, warm to soften or refrigerate to firm.
