Directions
The recommended daily dose of 14g is for those that want to get serious about their collagen intake. If you're on the younger side, or take any other supplements containing collagen, or are simply supplementing a diet already high in collagen we suggest dropping the dose to 7g ( half a scoop) and you'll get more bang for your buck but still receive all the benefits.
Once a day, mix 7g-14g (one scoop is approx 14g) of powder into water, juice, a smoothie or any other liquid of your choice
