Native Kiwi are members of The Unique Manuka Honey Association in New Zealand who have certified this honey for its purity and quality and given it the 5+ UMF (MGO 85+) rating. Methylglyoxal (MGO) is one of the unique compounds found in Manuka Honey. This 5+ UMF (MGO 85+) honey has a high level of potency and has been certified by the New Zealand Government to authenticate its purity. Native Kiwi's certified UMF/MGO Manuka Honey is available in grades from 5+ UMF (MGO 85+) through to 20+ UMF (MGO 830+). The higher grades signify higher concentrations of the unique Manuka Honey compounds and potency. The higher the UMF/MGO grading, the higher the Manuka Honey's quality and purity.

Directions
Enjoy as a spread or straight off the spoon. Store upright at room temperature (below 25 degrees) and out of direct sunlight.
For preferred honey consistency, warm to soften or refrigerate to firm.
