Combing low altitude, sun aspect and soil type, the Manuka plants acidity from this location is preserved and elevates the honey aromas and pristine flavours. This unique location creates Manuka Honey with supreme purity.
Taste
Silky smooth, but dark & moody. Sweet Manuka fruit is balanced by a good acid structure and a fine bitterness you expect from an artisan Manuka Honey from b Honey.
Health
This is a highly healthy Manuka Honey with an activity level of 400+ MGO (Methylglyoxal). There have been only 315 pots of this highly prized 2016 Flatpoint Estate vintage ever made.
Ingredients
100% Pure New Zealand Manuka Honey
Directions
Enjoy as a spread or straight off the spoon. Store upright at room temperature (below 25 degrees ) and out of direct sunlight.
For preferred honey consistency, warm to soften or refrigerate to firm.
Not suitable for infants under 12 months.
