Being a third-generation, small-scale and high-quality farmers they have inherited a love and respect for clean green New Zealand. 

They forego conventional farming techniques in favour of sustainable farming practices that preserve and enhance the beautiful New Zealand environment. Each year they plant on average 12,000 to 15,000 new Manuka trees on their farm, which not only produce nectar for our amazing UMF™ Manuka honey but also provide protection against erosion on our steeper slopes and provide shelter for wildlife such as the native falcon and blue duck.

This results in producing New Zealand’s purest, most sustainable and authentic Manuka Honey! 

Members of the Unique Manuka Factor Honey Association (UMFHA) which means every batch of Manuka honey is independently laboratory tested and certified as being authentic, true-to-label Manuka honey.
