There is an elastic strap so it can be worn when sleeping also.
It can be used hot or cold and with a few drops of lavender oil for a restful sleep.

Always Heat in Microwave only and with a Glass Of Water so Wheat doesn’t Burn.
To use Bag Cold, place in Plastic Bag & place in Freezer for 30 minutes or more.
