Ingredients

Each Tablet Contains:

Vitamin C: 500mg (from Ascorbic acid: 200mg, and Sodium ascorbate: 300mg) Tableting aids, natural lemon honey flavour, natural lemon lime flavour, Manuka honey powder, Stevia, Iron Oxide yellow.
No added: Yeast, gluten, dairy, soy, wheat or nuts
Contains glucose, bee products, and traces of corn

Directions

Adults: Take 1-2 chewable tablets daily. When ill, 1-2 chewable tabets can be taken 3 times daily.
Children (age 5+): Take 1 chewable tablet daily. When ill, 1 chewable tablet can be taken 2 times daily.
Can be taken anytime, with food, or on an empty stomach, or as directed by your healthcare professional
Not suitable for diabetics.
