Manuka Flower Revitalise Tea is wonderful for cleansing and is a lovely winding down tea. It combines beautiful subtle herbs and flowers for a delicious blend.

Ingredients
Manuka leaves, raspberry leaves, blackberry leaves, rosehip peels, fennel seeds, nettle leaves, strawberry leaves, lemon balm, peppermint, flavour, dandelion root, liquorice root, marigold flowers, everlasting and blue mallow flowers.
Directions
1 heaped teaspoon for 250ml cup
Add freshly boiled water
Steep for 6 - 10 minutes then pour
