Service was great!
Communication great!
Honey was mostly sharp and chunky sugar bits!
Followed guidelines by your company on how to dissolve them to no avail!
I finally microwave a tablespoon but it did not melt!
Hi Lauren,
Thank you for your review and we're sorry to hear this product didn't meet your expectations.
It is very natural for pure raw honey to crystalize over time as raw honey isn't heated or creamed. The easiest way for the crystals to dissolve is to place the jar in hot water below 60 deg and let the crystals simply melt away. Also placing in a nice sunny spot for a day or two also has a melting effect.
We advise not to put honey in a microwave as it will cook the honey before it melts any crystals.
We are not sure if these are the guidelines you followed but either way we are happy to refund or replace this item. Please get in touch with us at enquiry@ManukaHoneyofNZ.co.nz and let us know which option you'd prefer.
