Kare are based in New Zealand’s Bay of Islands and source their honey from hives in Northland.  This area has a warm sub-tropical climate and the Manuka trees here are the first to flower resulting in a pure product.   

Kare hand produce their honey so you can be sure it has been individually packaged and checked.  Further independent laboratory testing through the Unique Manuka Factor Honey Association in New Zealand assures you that this 20+ UMF Manuka Honey is genuine and of a high quality.  You can trace every batch of Kare’s honey through their website in order to gain further information about the test results, and the honey’s origins and details.

Kare’s 20+ UMF Manuka Honey is a dark colour with a full-bodied flavour and aroma.  This honey has not been pasteurized and is unfiltered, which helps retain all the natural goodness.

Pure New Zealand UMF 20+ Manuka Honey

Enjoy as a spread or straight off the spoon. Store upright at room temperature (below 25 degrees) and out of direct sunlight. 

For preferred honey consistency, warm to soften or refrigerate to firm.

Not suitable for infants under 12 months.

The Northland areas where Kare source their Manuka Honey from has a beautiful semi-tropical climate.  After the winter months, Northland is the first area of New Zealand where the Manuka starts to flower.  The bees feast on these flowers and the resulting honey is very pure: rich in all the health benefitting compounds that Manuka Honey is known for.
